The
Dallas
Independent
School
District
(Dallas
ISD)
has
authorized
Mason
Tillman
Associates,
Ltd.,
a
professional
services
contractor,
to
perform
an
Availability
and
Disparity
Study.
The
Study
will
analyze
the
District’s
historical
utilization
of
available
minority/women-owned
business
enterprises (M/WBEs).
GET INVOLVED
Business Community Meeting
Dallas ISD hosted two virtual business
community meetings in August and
September 2020. There were 496 people
in attendance at the two meetings.
Mason Tillman described the disparity
study process required by the United
States Supreme Court. Dallas ISD
managers presented the new M/WBE
program initiatives and discussed
upcoming contracts.
Business Survey
An online business survey has been
designed to secure information about
market area businesses interested in
contracting with Dallas ISD. Completing
the online business survey will provide
insight into the services your business
provides and information on your
business’ history.
A completed survey will also confirm
your interest in doing business with
Dallas ISD. In addition, your completed
survey will provide valuable information
for the Study.
